Hearts of Hope is an ongoing open grief support group beginning January 4th, 2024, for any adult who is grieving the death of a loved one. This group meets routinely on the first Thursday of the month from 2 PM until 3 PM. You are welcome to join us in person at Franklin Hospice. Franklin Hospice is continuing to serve the community with Bereavement Services. Franklin Hospice and Hospice of Washington County will host the Hearts of Hope Group via Zoom (an online video chat platform). Hearts of Hope is an on-going, open support group available to any adult who has experienced a death of a loved one.
