Volunteers Needed For Franklin Hospice!

Volunteers play an indispensable role in enabling Franklin Hospice to offer the best care possible to our patients and their families. No healthcare background or prior experience is needed. Our volunteers are supported in their role by the Volunteer Services Department, and a competent and caring team of nurses, aides, social workers and chaplains. There are many volunteer opportunities available, which include

• providing receptionist support at our office in Chambersburg
• providing companionship, emotional support and a listening ear to patients and families
• providing a break for family members
• assisting patients and families with errands or light housework
